Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
03
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you will not attempt to access it using a method other than the interfaces we provide, interfere with its normal operation, or use it to store or distribute unlawful content.
No reverse engineering or circumvention of access controls.
No reselling or white-labelling without a written agreement.
No use of the Service to build a competing memory layer.
04
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current period.
Fees are exclusive of taxes. Overdue amounts may result in suspension of the Service after reasonable notice.
05
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. We process it only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any data you provide.
You can export your full memory graph at any time in open formats, and we delete your data on request in line with our retention policy.
06
The Service, including all software, documentation and design, is owned by Recall and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.
Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
07
Each party may receive information that is confidential. The receiving party will protect it with at least the same care it uses for its own confidential information and will not disclose it except as required to perform these Terms or by law.
08
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.
09
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10
Either party may terminate these Terms for a material breach that remains uncured after thirty days notice, or immediately if the other party becomes insolvent. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we will delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.
11
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local law that applies to you.
12
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will notify you in advance through the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
